🗓️ Itinerary – Day by Day Day 1: Kampala/Entebbe – Bwindi Impenetrable Forest Early morning pick-up and drive to Bwindi (8–10 hrs) Scenic journey via Mbarara or Kabale, with stops at the equator and local attractions Packed lunch en route Check-in, dinner and overnight at a lodge near the gorilla tracking start point Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi Early breakfast and transfer to park headquarters Briefing by UWA guides, then set off for the gorilla trek Trek lasts 2–6 hours depending on gorilla location Spend 1 hour with a gorilla family – an unforgettable encounter Return to lodge for lunch and relaxation Optional community walk or Batwa cultural visit Dinner and overnight stay Day 3: Return to Kampala/Entebbe or Kisoro Airport Leisure breakfast Drive back to Kampala/Entebbe (or transfer to Kisoro airstrip if flying) End of safari by evening.
